Life Change programs, Social Services and Case Management are services provided to help families get the appropriate support needed by focusing on Family Problems, School/Educational Issues, Treatment Programs, and identifying services needed.

“From my early years in Social work, it was there that I developed a passion for helping my fellowman.  It was also during that time that I realized in order to make a positive change in one’s life, there must be a transformation of the mind. It is through my desire to make a difference in the population I serve that I made a commitment to be caring, compassionate and to always instill words of wisdom in whomever I serve.  By providing an array of services, my objective to incorporate positive change can become a reality.  Anger management, conflict resolution, crisis intervention, HIV/AIDS awareness, drug alcohol counseling are some of the services that are offered to combat some of the issues that affect our way of life today.”                                                                 Mr. William Kissam
